First, try looking at 3BA or BHUNP (along with their requirement BodySlide). While you can look for presets others have made, BodySlide allows you to make your own bodytypes. Make sure to play around to see what the sliders do, cause there's a fuck ton of them. When finished choosing/making the bodyslide preset, make sure to apply it to all bodies, clothes and armor it is compatible.

You might as well look at an actually established tutorial on this, since it is a whole process to be learned and I may have given a poor explanation on doing it. Just look at 3BA body on Nexusmods.com under Skyrim Special Edition.
